We offer refunds only if you receive products that are mouldy. If you notice any mould in your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, and we will promptly process your refund without shipment fees. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been opened or partially consumed, as we cannot guarantee the quality of the products once they leaved our place
